Implementation

We work with clients and their advisors to create a plan to

  • Reach desired tax deduction/contribution levels

  • Help owners accumulate funds for retirement.

  • Increase employee retention


Administration

We take the burden off of clients. We identify the right person, whether that is an advisor or internal employee to get the data we need. We determine the contributions based on the goals for the year. Once those contributions have been made, we prepare participant statements and the necessary government filings.


Actuarial services

Defined benefit and cash balance plans need an actuary to certify the funding level for the year and provide other technical services. We do not outsource those services. We have two credentialed actuaries on staff for our clients. We also provide actuarial services to other firms that do not have an actuary on staff.


Employee Communication

CMC prepares the necessary documents to keep employees informed of the features in the plan as well as the benefits they are entitled to.


Terminations & Distributions

CMC helps determine the amounts due terminated employees and prepares the necessary paperwork to help facilitate the distributions to them.


Audit Representation

Should your plan ever be audited by the IRS or DOL, know that we will be available to help work with them to resolve the audit as quickly as possible.
